This is my 5th transaction with Joanne Wetherell and I just gotta say each time is better than the last...she 'owns' the Valley! Sure there is a lot of competition in this small valley to choose from for your real estate broker but Joanne has been doing this not as a side gig but as a occupation she loves..she really takes pleasure in getting the right buyers and sellers together f. She is a serious business woman who really assisted my getting my home/property ready to fetch top dollar.

Joanne Wetherell and her Team recently completed the sale of my Sun Valley Condo.
I would want her to represent me in the future and am recommending Joanne to my friends. On a scale of 1-10 she is an 11. Joanne helped my wife buy this condo when we were on a tight timeline and there was not much to see. My wife (deceased) after the purchase was not pleased with the condo. Joanne told her if she wanted to sell it, she would not charge a commission. I have never heard of any realtor offering something like that. Joanne is empathetic, caring and understanding with respect to her clients. She is very skillful at keeping things moving, staying in touch and keeping the several parties happy. She came to the condo with documents to sign when my daughter and I were packing. When the signing was complete, she was up on the ladder taking things down for upper shelves. One would have expected her to leave with the documents, not help with the packing, that’s Joanne!-
